I have found over 25 years of work as a clinical psychologist that we all have the ability to heal, recover, and grow. Our patterns of thinking and our emotional connections can leave us with unwanted habits or difficulty adjusting to new situations. Changing our behavior and adjusting to stresses involve defining goals for change as well as addressing difficult thoughts, feelings, and actions. I strive to create a safe place to understand life challenges and to partner with you to define and achieve more effective thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment and evaluation services. I accept a variety of insurance payments.
